1. What this site is

This site is the portfolio of Selim Abdulsalam, showing selected design and web work. Content is presented as it is. I do not warrant that every detail is accurate or current. Pieces that are concepts or experiments are marked as such, so please read them as ideas, not finished products.

2. Berry Blast tips

Berry Blast is a voluntary tip jar. A tip is discretionary and non refundable once given, to the extent the law allows. A tip is not a charitable contribution, and no goods or services are exchanged for it. Tips support the running of this site.

• Processing: payments are processed by Paystack, a third party. Your card and payment details go to Paystack under its own terms.
• Your confirmation: by tipping, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian consents to the tip. See the under 18 rule in the Privacy Notice.

3. Service inquiries

Messages sent through the contact page are expressions of interest, not contracts. If we decide to work together, the scope, files, timeline, and cost are agreed separately by email before anything starts.

4. Intellectual property

You may view this site for personal, non commercial use. Do not copy, reuse, or redistribute the work shown without my written permission. Trademarks and brand marks in client work belong to their respective owners.

5. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, my liability for your use of this site is limited. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
